Head to the mountains for a new life in remarkable Ronda

There are so many good reasons to love the Costa del Sol’s interior, including a chance to sample a more authentic Andalusian experience. You’ll find some fabulous places to consider, including the glorious small city of Ronda. Just 100km or so from Malaga and lying to the north of Estepona, it’s a little off the beaten track and the locals are perfectly happy about that.

Ronda is home to three very beautiful and utterly iconic bridges, the Puente Romano, the Puente Viejo and the Puente Nuevo. The latter’s name means new bridge, but in truth the bridge is more than 200 years old. The views from here and from all around the city are spectacular, so bring a camera with you when you visit for the first time.

While you can enjoy plenty of high end retail therapy in the nearby towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella, the stores in Ronda tend to be independently-owned. They are friendly, welcoming and pleasingly traditional, and of course they don’t feature the hustle and bustle that you might find elsewhere. In the evenings, cafés, tapas bars and the like are perfect for al fresco dining.

There’s a wonderfully unspoilt atmosphere here, and it’s perfect for those who want to adapt properly to a true Spanish lifestyle. If you’d like to find out more about Ronda, one call to Simply Costa Developments is all it takes. We’re always happy to talk about this delightful city, and we’re available right now on +34 682 66 22 89. That one single phone call could signal the beginning of a whole new life, a life that you are surely going to love.

We hope to hear from you soon.
